BRETT KATZ
With over 20 years experience in real estate transactions and property management across the Midwest, Brett founded Aries Real Estate in 2014 to focus on value acquisitions of select commercial retail properties. In his role, Brett oversees all business activities and operations including the management of both Aries Real Estate's owned assets and third-party managed properties.
Prior to founding Aries Real Estate, Brett was a principal at R&D Katz Real Estate after starting his career at Marcus & Millichap, a leading national investment real estate company. During his career Brett has brokered over $100 million in properties in 75 transactions, and syndicated dozens of properties throughout the Midwest.

Brett was a board member for the Parkinson's Disease Research Society, involved in the JUF of Chicago, and a member of ICSC. Brett received a bachelor degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
